🔥 180 👍 #pushups #nonstop #oneset without breaking the #Plank position No Pike, for time 8m25s. 
Increment by +5 pushups to previous day set.
A warmup set of 60 pushups before this set slowed me down, giving me a hard time hitting my target for the day! 😋 
But proved it's just a MINDSET, 
'YOU SET YOUR OWN LIMITS', we happen to set when to break down physically or mentally.
