NMSS NAIHS

NMSS-NAIHS and NHC-NAIHS in collaboration with UNFPA Nepal Youth Advocate, Pratik Subedi donated 4 waste segregation dustbins, dustbins for each classroom and washroom of the school and soaps to tackle waste managament problem of one of the oldest schools of Kirtipur, Kirtipur Secondary School.

We also took a session on Menstrual Hygiene and Waste management to students of Grade 8 and 7 respectively.

Further, we would like to thank Rotaract Club of Kirtipur who helped us streamline the process by connecting us with the Interactors of the School.

All the interactors were again instructed on menstrual hygiene and waste management and were entrusted with the responsibility to teach their peers and fellow juniors about these topics.

On the occasion of 16 days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, NMSS-NAIHS is organizing an online contest with the theme :

“Invest in Gender Equality, Empower Human Rights”

You can express your creativity through any of the following: Poster, Art, Poem, Essay, or Video!

There is a cash prize of Rs. 1000 and certificate for the first position, Rs 500 with certificate for the second position and Rs 500 for the third position . All the participants will also receive e-certificates.
