Notice for Engineering and IT Quiz for Final Round..

Janakpur Concludes PEA Engineering & IT Quiz Selection

Madhes Province segment of the nationwide PEA Engineering & IT Quiz has been held at Central Engineering College, Janakpur on 25th of Chaitra, 2079 with motivating participation of more than 56 contestants, sponsoring college officials, PEA Associates, and the quiz mentor team in Central Engineering College, Janakpur. The quiz program conducted using the ICT has been designed to support the 10+2 studying students for their upcoming NEB exams and subsequent IOE Entrance examinations. It has been jointly organized by PEA Associates and College Readers in association with HISSAN. 28 teams participated from Janakpur vicinity where 4 teams secured their way for the final round that will be held in Kathmandu after the Board examinations of NEB.

Ketan Karna and Bidyanand Yadav from Model Multiple College won the first position; Pravesh Sharma and Sandip Pal from MIT stood second; and Riki Karna and Samsad Reza Raain of MIT got the third, and Vishwajeet Kumar Sah and Utkarsh Lal Karn secured the fourth position in the selection round of Madhes Province.
The opening session of the quiz program was chaired by Er. Laxman Pokharel, CEO, PEA Association, Chairman, Cosmos College of Management & Technology, Chairman of Himalayan WhiteHouse International College, Chairman of College of Biomedical Engineering & Applied Sciences, Board of Director of Advanced College of Engineering & Management, Immediate Past President, AECoN – announced the scholarship packages to the students and handed over the gift hampers. Mr. Birendra Sah, Principal of Model Multiple College and Directors Committee Member of HISSAN graced the program as the chief guest. Dr. Pawan Bhattarai from Cosmos College of Management and Technology, Lalitpur; Er. Bablu Jha, Vice Principal of Central Engineering College along with other school/college representatives observed the program as the guests.

Awards, Medals, certificates have been handed over to the first, second, third position holders by Dr Pawan Bhattarai, Principal of Cosmos College of Management and Technology and Jeetendra Ghimire, CEO of College Readers.

These four teams have been qualified for the final round which will be held after the board examination of plus-two. All the participants were motivated and encouraged the participants. The quiz program was hosted by Jeetendra Ghimire, CEO of College Readers and welcome speech was delivered by Keshav Nepal, Features Editor of College Readers.

PEA Engineering & IT Quiz Held in Dang

Team of Adarsha Secondary School, Nepalgunj consisting of Mahi Vaishya and Anup Bhusal won the Dang edition of Qualifying Round of PEA Engineering & IT Quiz jointly organized by College Readers and PEA Association in association with HISSAN on 30th Falgun, 2079 at Rapti Engineering College, Dang.

The quiz program was chaired by Er. Laxman Pokharel, CEO of PEA Association and graced by Educationist Narayan Gurung, Former Campus Chief of Mahendra Multiple Campus, Ghorahi
as the chief guest. Surendra GC, President, HISSAN Dang, CEO, Gyanjyoti Foundation; Dr. Bhimsen Giri, Managing Director, Rapti Engineering College and Deputy Treasurer, OPEN; Resham Giri, Principal, Rapti Engineering College; Durga Bahadur KC, Academic Director, Gorkha Group Dang; Uttam Raj Ghimire, HR Director, Gorkha Group Dang; Man Singh GM, Principal, Gorkha International Public School, Ghorahi; Prakash Rijal, +2 Science Coordinator, Gorkha School Lamahi; Bishnu Bhandari, +2 Science coordinator, Gorkha Secondary School, Dambar Raut, English Teacher, Gurukul School, Ghorahi; Sachin Pariyar, +2 Science Coordinator, Gurukul School, Ghorahi; and Birbhan KC, Principal, Aadarsha Secondary School, Nepalgunj observed the program as guests.

The team consisting of Shiva KC and Khem Lal Devkota from Gorkha Secondary School, Tulsipur stood second, Aakash Bhandari and Sarun Budhathoki from Gorkha International Public School, Ghorahi became third, and the team of Pratyush Rajaure and Sagar Paudel from Dang Valley School/College, Ghorahi became fourth in the contest.

Qualifying Round of PEA Engineering & IT Quiz held in Dhangadhi
Radiant Secondary School, situated in Mahendranagar, has bagged the sweeping victory over other contestants in Qualifying Round of PEA Engineering & IT Quiz jointly organized by College Readers and PEA Association in association with HISSAN on 27th Falgun, 2079 at NAST College, Dhangadhi.
The quiz program was chaired by Er. Laxman Pokharel, CEO of PEA Association and graced by Educationist Shivhari Sharma Mudbhari, Managing Director of NAST College as the chief guest. Dr. Pawan Kumar Bhattarai, Principal of Cosmos College of Management & Technology, Ganesh Joshi, Promoter of Radiant Secondary School, Chhatra Raj Pandit, Principal of Galaxy School observed the program as the guests.
Santosh Joshi and Pranzal Bhatt from Radiant School stood first and received ten thousand cash prize. Likewise, team of Sumit Badu and Swastik Bhandari, and team of Gopi Krishna Bhatt and Harish Bom had been successful to receive the second and third positions respectively. Rohan Chaudhary and Prakash Chokhal from Aishwarya Vidya Niketan Secondary School got the consolation prize. These four teams have been qualified for the final round which will be held after the board examination of plus-two. All the participants were provided the certificates and badges and scholarships.
