Little Scientists, Big Discoveries! 🧪✨
Our students took science off the pages and put it into action during our Science Fun Experiment Day! From mystery smells to density magic, here is a look at the hands-on learning that happened in each classroom:
Class 2 – Smell Detective: Students put their senses to the test! Using covered mystery cups filled with lemon, coffee, soap, flowers, and mango, they practiced identifying everyday items purely through their sense of smell. 🍋☕🌸
Class 3 – Floating Egg: Does an egg sink or float? Students added salt to water to discover how increasing water density makes an egg float to the top. 🥚💧
Class 4 – Fire & Oxygen: Exploring the elements of fire! By covering a burning candle with a transparent glass, students observed how fire needs oxygen from the air to stay lit. 🕯️🔥
Class 5 – Burning Sanitizer on Water: An exciting chemical demonstration! Students learned about alcohol content and flammability by observing hand sanitizer on water. 🧴🔥
Class 6 – Air Flow: Hands-on physics in action! Using plastic bottles, straws, water, and pins, students engineered air-flow setups to study pressure and movement. 🍾💨
Class 7 – Advanced Density: Taking physics further by comparing liquid densities and testing variable buoyancy setups with dual-glass experiments. 🧪⚖️
Science isn't just about reading textbooks—it’s about asking questions, testing theories, and seeing the results firsthand! 🔬💡
