- Apartment scam -

Hello everyone, just today I encountered an apartment scam for one of our students.
The apartment looked amazing, with a nice video and all the detailed information. I was surprised by the price and decided to call the owner. I immediately understood that it was a scam, just from experience.

Always remember before choosing an apartment:

Never pay before checking the contract
Check carefully that the contract is professional without any big mistakes
Have a video call with the owner, try to gather as much info
Carefull with low prices apartments in nice areas
Check the place on google Map
Never pay by cash (western union, money gram...)

Tips:
=> Try asking a French-speaking friend of yours to call the owner. When you call, it is very easy to identify a scam. Usually, the tenant has a hard time answering basic questions (is it north or south of town? What are the main activities in the area? What is the transportation near the apartment? etc.

Always be on your guard, unfortunately there are not honest people everywhere :(

* Listen to music of course: Deezer, Spotify or Apple Music is waiting for you !
* SPORTS: My passion, make sure to check the SUAPSE (Uni sports center) of your city and pay few euros per year and access sports facilities

It's simple, bring your card wherever you go 😂
