Who are we?

Education 360 Degree is an initiative begun with the prime objective of reforming schools that involves teachers and leadership, teaching and learning, pedagogic principles, infrastructure and facility development, resources and the broader school community who are working together to prepare young learners for a diverse and interconnected world. We partner with the government of all levels (federal, provincial and local) and with founders of private schools to help reform both public and private schools by developing teachers and leaders, improving the quality of teaching and learning, and transforming the school culture. We focus on enhancing and facilitating learning for students including their wellbeing. We are passionate about developing schools as a whole, and making a difference in education.

Our vision is to become an authentic institution that will be trusted by the community of teachers and school leaders for the transformation their schools to improve educational outcomes of students.

Mission
We support public and private schools to develop the structures and systems, engage with them to improve the learning outcomes of students, and help transform the school culture to realize the vision of schools. We design interventions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of management and leadership in public and private schools, and focus on helping them make lasting positive impact in society.
