**📢 Urgent Hiring: Field Health Assistants for TB Research Project**

We are looking for proactive and communicative Health Assistants (HAs) to join a Wellcome Trust-funded research project. If you are comfortable approaching patients and have great communication skills, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-impact clinical study.

**📍 Locations:**
You will be stationed at either:

* Sukraraj Tropical and Infectious Disease Hospital (Teku), OR
* National Tuberculosis Control Centre (NTCC), Bhaktapur

**📋 The Role:**

* **Patient Engagement:** Approach TB-positive patients and kindly convince them to participate in a brief research interview.
* **Data Collection:** Administer a short, 30-question survey (takes less than 10 minutes per patient).
* **Digital Documentation:** Use your smartphone to take clear pictures of the patient's OPD card and Chest X-ray (CXR).
* **Accuracy:** Ensure the patient's name is recorded with 100% accuracy, as we will cross-reference these names to pull digitized records from the hospital later.
* **Daily Reporting:** Share the collected data securely with the Principal Investigator (PI) at the end of each day.

**💰 Compensation & Targets:**

* **Pay:** Rs. 150 per successfully documented patient.
* **Target:** We need a total of 600 samples. We expect each hired HA to collect around 300 samples (Potential earning: Rs. 45,000).
* **Team Up:** You are welcome and encouraged to invite your friends/colleagues to join the team! This will help us reach the 600-sample target much faster.

**🔍 Requirements:**

* A smartphone with a good quality camera.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with patients.
* Attention to detail.
