🎓We would like to congratulate Ms. Rabista Shrestha and Mr. Susan Aryal from MBA-F third batch for sucessfully presenting their research paper representing our college Central Department of Management Tribhuvan University at Quest International Conference on Business, Technology, and Hospitality for a Sustainable Future (QICBTH-SF 2026).

This conference was held held on May 1–2, 2026 at Quest International College, Gwarko, Lalitpur, Nepal organized by QRMC and supported by UGC, Nepal.

🎉On May 1st, Ms. Rabista Shrestha presented her research topic on "Market Concentration and Credit Risk in Microfinance Institutions of Nepal" and on May 2nd, Mr. Susan Aryal presented his research topic on "Earnings Management and Firm Performance among Non-Financial Companies in Nepal: The Moderating Role of Corporate Governance”.

Likewise, we would like to thank our Prof. Dr. Bharat Singh Thapa for guiding and encouraging our students at Quest International Conference on Business, Technology, and Hospitality for a Sustainable Future (QICBTH-SF 2026).🙏

📣 Successful Completion of the Socialization Program

We are delighted to share the successful completion of the Socialization Program, organized by the 4th Batch of MBA-F to extend a warm welcome to the incoming 5th Batch into the CDM community.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to the organizing team from the 4th Batch for their good planning and smooth ex*****on. We also sincerely thank our faculty, department administration, and the TU Central Library administration for their unwavering support and cooperation.

A special appreciation to the 5th Batch for their lively participation, which added vibrancy and warmth to the event.

This program highlights the department’s ongoing commitment to building a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and unity across batches. We eagerly look forward to continued connection and shared progress in the future.

After a month of dedication and countless hours of research. Some of our students from MBA-F and MBA- CL fourth semester have defended their Proposal of Graduate Research Project sucessfully.
This marks the result of their dedication and hardwork as they present their findings, that are not just sharing data but contributing valuable knowledge to their field. This sucessful defense shows their expertise and a major milestone in their academic journey.
