हामीले अन्तिम अभ्यास घोषणा गरेको केही समय पछि, हामीले धेरै प्रतिक्रिया र सुझावहरू प्राप्त गर्यौं। हामीले तपाईंको चिन्ता स्वीकार गर्यौं र समस्यालाई सम्बोधन गर्न चाहन्छौं।
हामीले अभ्यासमा केहि परिमार्जन गरेका छौँ।
हाम्रो आगामी राष्ट्रव्यापी खुल्ला व्यायाम खेलको लागि अन्तिम अभ्यासहरू निम्न छन्।

अभ्यास सबैभन्दा छोटो समयमा पूरा गर्ने खेलाडी विजेता हुनेछन्।

समग्र विजेता वा *Nepal's Fittest 2023* को उपाधि *दुवै विधामा संयुक्त* पूरा गरेको सबैभन्दा छोटो समयलाई दिइनेछ।

Shortly after we announced the final exercises, we received many feedbacks & suggestions. We acknowledged your concern and would like to address the issue.
We made modifications in the exercises to the best we could.

Shortest time of completion will be the winner.
Participants can also take part in any one of the events.
Overall winner or the title of *Nepal's Fittest 2023* will be awarded to the shortest time of completion of *Both Categorizes Combined*
