Water splitting is the chemical reaction in which water is broken down into its constituent elements: Hydrogen and Oxygen. This is the "Holy Grail" of clean energy because it allows us to store Renewable (solar/wind/hydroelectric) energy in the form of chemical fuel.

**** Water Electrolyzer ***
Electrolyzers are critical to decarbonizing transportation, industry (steel manufacturing), and energy storage. They are designed to manage intermittent power sources by converting excess solar or wind energy into storable, transportable fuel. Large-scale implementations, such as 1 GW plants, are being developed to power the hydrogen economy.

EIS tells you exactly where your system is losing energy, whether it's the liquid, the surface, or the chemical reaction itself.
" EIS provides the data needed to make green hydrogen and battery storage efficient enough to replace fossil fuels".
