The words children hear today become the language they speak tomorrow.
Principal Mamata Rana Gurung Ma’am shares an important message: At SSNS IPC School, teachers and students learn together, discuss right and wrong, and build positive speaking habits every day because true learning starts with the words we choose.

These behaviors aren’t always habits sometimes, they’re signals !
With the right guidance, learning can feel easier.

Some children learn best by listening.
When they hear it, they truly understand it.

The way we respond matters
Gentle guidance can turn confusion into confidence !

Before saying “they don’t listen”
pause and look closer
They might not be ignoring, they might be struggling to understand

If your child understands better through pictures and visuals,
they might be a visual learner.
Supporting their style can make learning smoother!

Shree Shiva Narsingh Shikshyalaya (SSNS )was deeply honored to welcome the First Lady Mrs. Sonia Urbom, for a meaningful discussion on learning difficulties and learning disabilities in Nepal.
Our conversation highlighted an urgent reality: many children with functional learning and participation differences continue to remain unseen within mainstream education due to limited recognition, policy attention and structured support systems.
We are sincerely grateful for the First Lady’s engagement and openness toward strengthening inclusive education and advancing this important national conversation.
Together, we hope to build Nepal where no child is left behind because their learning differences were not understood.
Every child learns differently and that’s okay.
Understanding learning difficulties is the first step to supporting every student’s unique journey. Let’s create a space where every child feels seen, supported, and confident to grow.

What looks like “difficulty"" is often just a different way of learning !
Some may find reading hard,
some struggle with writing or numbers,
others with coordination.
Understanding these differences is the first step to support them.
