JOB TITLE - Barista/Barista Server
REQUIRED - 4 person
EXPERINCED - 4 STAR ( at least 6 months having proper barista training courses)
DUTY HOURS - 8Hrs a day 6days a week
PROBATION PERIOD - 30days (on probation period will also get paid)
COMPANY BENEFITS - leave allowance, 1times snacks & 1 time duty meal provided, paid sick leave, annual leave, etc.
SALARY - Shall be discuss on screening, experience & key skills.
PREFERRED LOCATION - From Lalitpur Districts having valid (license) 2 wheelers, if not also can contact.
JOB DISCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES -
• Barista with cashier skill having POS knowledge will be highly encourage.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in Menu and explaining.
• Availability to work flexible hours, which could include early mornings, evenings and holidays, is often required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts (AM MID PM), basic math skills, the ability to gauge customers’ preferences, excellent communication skills.
• Greeting customers as they enter.
• Providing customers with drink menus and answering their questions regarding menu.
• Taking orders while paying attention to details.
• Preparing beverages following recipes.
• Serving beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries, and muffins, kitchen cooked food.
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards).
• Keeping the bar area clean.
• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates, and bar utensils.
• Checking if brewing equipment operates properly and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Complying with health and safety regulations.
• One can explain define about various coffee and none coffee beverages very well.
