How can we Address missing of Educational Objective Goal is not fulfilled due to Education system?

As we read about Education is powerful tool to change the world but the way of teaching is not effective for students. Students viewing great marks is well deserved students and teachers viewing that teaching is only their goal. When students pass in exam is their goal. Truely, Neither students nor teachers realizing importance of education actually.

In Nepal context, Most of students are going abroad for employment opportunities and study. Truely, Noone are skilled and don't have realised that whatever everyone of us study since childhood to Now is commanding by parents, system and by same conditioning. Even after some real life scenarios realised us why actually we should have knowledge. So, after realising educational system must have to act in this field for National growth and development. There are some footsteps to make meaningful Education and bring change in life of students.Education Must be tool to show reality of life and surrounding areas ( National development infrastructure ,Economy and interconnected components)to understand it easily. So, Educational institutions must consider followings things to make it effective and interesting for students.

3. Problem solving skills and mindset
4. High morale and Humble
5. Good contributors

How's it possible?

1. **Practical Application**: Encourage educators to incorporate real-life applications of subjects into their teaching. Show students how concepts from economics, finance, management, etc., are relevant to everyday life.

2. **Critical Thinking**: Promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills rather than rote memorization. Encourage students to question, analyze, and apply what they learn.

3. **Project-Based Learning**: Implement project-based learning, where students work on real projects that require the application of their knowledge and skills.

4. **Career Guidance**: Provide career counseling and guidance to students. Help them see how the subjects they study can lead to fulfilling careers.

5. **Interdisciplinary Approach**: Show the interconnectedness of subjects. Many real-world issues require a multidisciplinary approach. Demonstrating this can make education more relevant.

6. **Experiential Learning**: Organize field trips, internships, and hands-on experiences to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
