In today's diverse and progressive world, workplace discrimination remains an unfortunate reality for many individuals. Discrimination based on gender not only hampers personal growth but also hinders collective progress.
Nepalese organizations need to develop gender sensitivity concerns at the workplace and declare gender-free areas for collective progress. Only then skills and expertise will be rewarded not the gender.
