Mental Health Awareness Program

Today, a Mental Health Awareness Program was organized for the students of Grades 8 and 9 by the Rotary Club of Kathmandu.

The session was conducted by Usha KC Dahal, who provided valuable guidance on mental well-being, emotional resilience, stress management, and self-care.
