For Female Receptionist

Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain office records and reception area organization
Provide general administrative and clerical support

For Japanese Language Instructor
-Teach Japanese language to students according to the curriculum
-Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assignments
-Conduct classes and support students in improving their language skills
-Evaluate student progress through tests and assessments
-Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment

🎓 Requirements
For Female Receptionist

-Intermediate to Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
-Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Professional attitude and friendly personality

For Japanese Language Instructor
-Japanese language proficiency (JLPT certification preferred)
-Prior teaching experience is an advantage
