Dudjom Rinpoche’s heart advice

When the teachings are established, they are established in one’s own mind.

Sem kyi ting né sanggyé nyé yong ngo.
From the depths of one’s mind, the Buddha will be found.

Namdak zhingkham kyipo dram na yö.
The completely pure and pleasant pure land is nearby.

Tönpé nyingpo drub la tsöndru kyé.
Generate diligence in accomplishing the essence of the teachings.

Drubpa ma jé drubpa su yi thob.
If one does not practice, who will attain accomplishment?

Rang kyön ngenpa rang gi thongwar ka.
It is difficult for oneself to see one’s own faults and shortcomings.

Rang kyön ter dön dampé né chik yin.
Exposing one’s own faults is one crucial point of the instructions.

Namzhik kyön gyi cha nam sang rimzhin.
At some point, the aspects of faults will gradually be purified.

Yöntén chashé pel zhing gyépar gyur.
The aspects of qualities will increase and become more and more extensive.

Prayer to Garwang Düjom Pawo

Mi min rang snang tön pé pha phok thob
Not human, manifesting through self-appearance, having received the paternal inheritance.

Kunzang tuk kyi ter kha long né dröl
Bursting forth from the expanse of Samantabhadra’s mind-treasure.

Namkhé nal cholwé trogyal ngö
The very embodiment of the wrathful king, the yogin of space.

Garwang Düjom Pawo la solwa deb
To Garwang Düjom Pawo, I offer my supplication.

Not human, manifesting through self-appearance,
Having received the paternal inheritance;
Bursting forth from the expanse of Samantabhadra’s mind-treasure,
The very embodiment of the wrathful king, the yogin of space—
To Garwang Düjom Pawo, I offer my supplication.

With deep sorrow and a heavy heart, we hear the heartbreaking news coming from Nepal. It is difficult to find words when so many precious lives have been affected, families have been separated, and countless hearts are filled with fear and grief.

At this painful moment, may our brothers and sisters in Nepal and Tibet feel the warmth of our prayers and compassion, and may those who are still in danger be protected.

May the blessings of the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha bring protection, strength, and peace to those who are suffering.
