Company Description

Edu Zeit Education Network Pvt Ltd is an education network that offers online and on-site German language courses. Our aim is to provide high-quality German language education to help individuals build their careers not only in Germany but around the world. Established in November 2019, we have successfully attracted a diverse range of students and offer the finest German language courses for higher education and careers in German-speaking countries. We also provide counseling and support to students pursuing academic degrees for Bachelors, Masters, Medical Postgraduate, Nursing and vocational training in Germany.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Edu Zeit Education Network Pvt Ltd in Kathmandu. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service. The Receptionist will handle front desk operations, greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, manage office supplies, and provide general administrative support.

Qualifications

Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Products
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Positive and professional demeanor
Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is required.
