Turning lessons into real-life experience, our Grade 11 Hotel Management students of New Light Secondary School had an enriching educational visit to Mountain Glory Forest Resort & Spa, located at Pokhara-21, Dovilla.
The visit gave our students practical insights into hotel operations, front office, housekeeping, food and beverage service, guest hospitality, and teamwork, bringing their classroom learning to life.

Educational Field Visit to a Bee Farm π
As part of the Grade 10 Science curriculum and to enhance studentsβ practical understanding of the fascinating world of bees, our Grade 10 students visited a local bee farm operated by Gobinda Chapagain in Bagmara, Pokhara-33 (formerly Bharat Pokhari).
During the visit, Mr. Chapagain shared valuable knowledge about beekeeping, bee behavior, honey production and the importance of bees in our ecosystem. The students had an excellent opportunity to connect their classroom learning with real-life experiences, making the lesson both meaningful and memorable.
The visit proved to be highly informative and beneficial, providing students with firsthand practical exposure to an important topic in their Science course.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Gobinda Chapagain for his warm hospitality and for enriching our studentsβ learning experience.
