The Department of Science (DAB) hosted an intense two-day Chess Tournament bringing Class XI Science and Class 10 head-to-head at the board. After two days of strategic battles, tactical sacrifices, and brilliant endgame play, Class 10 emerged victorious securing all top three positions on the podium!

Young Biologists of DAB Class XII studied the plasmolysis of epidermal cell of onion and got to know why protoplast shrinks when plant cell looses water by exosmosis after being placed in a hypertonic solution.
