Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacy Practice at R R College of Pharmacy, located in Bengaluru. The Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing and revising curriculum, conducting and publishing research, writing research grants, strengthening innovative ecosystem, mentoring students, and participating in departmental and institutional activities. The role also involves contributing to the academic community through service and leadership, as well as engaging in continuous professional development.
Qualifications
1. Post doctorate or Ph.D.
2. Strong knowledge in the relevant subject area(s) and expertise in curriculum development
3. Experience in conducting and publishing research work in indexed journals
4. Previous sanctioned research grants is recommended
5. Effective teaching skills including lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment
6. Collaboration and leadership abilities in departmental and institutional activities
7. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest academic trends
8. Industry experience in the relevant discipline is a plus
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
