I am resident of Basingstoke, UK, have taken a mission to run the Oxford Center for quality education and vocational training in Itahar 4, Nepal. I have seen many young Nepalese workers in different countries and felt sorry for them. Because, most of them don't speak good English and don't have technical skills, which is very much demand of employing countries. so they end up in manual labor job and low salary. Most of them come from villages or small town and they are not fully aware of the unpleasant nature of overseas job market. Some of them are tricked by the manpower (agents) or by friends and relatives. So I have decided to bring awareness by running a Center, where we run the training curriculum under CTEVT (Center for Technical Educational and Vocational Training) and promote introduction of Health and Safety at work, introduction of First Aid at work, introduction of Fire Extinguisher. Those are hardly practice at industries in Nepal. Not only that we teach them basic English, basic Computer skills and help them to prepare their documentations within their training. I will personally supervise training and the running of the center. I strongly believe that after completion of the training from the center. our student will be capabled to face the challenging job market.
