Today’s kitchen practical highlights the complete culinary process from preparation and cooking to presentation and professional plating. Our Hotel Management students prepared aromatic Indian rice and traditional Mutton Rogan Josh, followed by thoughtful platter arrangement and plate presentation. A valuable demonstration of culinary technique and professional serving standards.
