We recently hosted a successful teacher training session for our teachers on Student’s Mental health, facilitated by Resident Psychiatrist Dr. Anurag Makaju Shrestha.
The program focused on helping teachers identify common mental health challenges among students, create strategic support plans, and offer early guidance and referral to a mental health personnel.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Anurag Makaju Shrestha for sharing his valuable insights and expert advice with our team!

Our Grade 5 students participated in an engaging mental well-being session facilitated by medical students from the USA. The interactive program helped students understand the importance of mental health and learn practical techniques to stay calm, positive, and emotionally resilient.
The session was both educational and enjoyable, offering students a valuable opportunity to improve their communication skills, interact with international guests, and learn through meaningful discussions.
Special thanks to Dhulikhel Hospital and Dr. Srea Deoju for making this wonderful learning experience possible.

Some glimpses from the World Environment Day celebration with students of Grades 3, 4, and 5.
Through an engaging presentation delivered by Dr. Srea Deoju, students explored the importance of greenery and the responsibility of humans in nurturing nature for a sustainable environment and for future generations. Dr. Deoju, who has been actively involved in green initiatives and plant nurturing for several years, inspired the students with her valuable insights.
The students also gained hands-on experience by learning how to plant small plants—an activity they can easily practice at home.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Srea Deoju and the team from the USA for their participation and contribution. Their interaction provided our young learners with new ideas about the importance of plants, their role in protecting the environment, and an opportunity to connect with new people.
