First Food Production Practical – Grade XI

Grade XI Hotel Management students stepped into their first Food Production practical, learning essential vegetable cutting techniques and preparing delicious canapés—small, bite-sized appetizers rooted in French cuisine. 🇫🇷✨

It was a great start to their practical journey, where they got to learn, practice and enjoy working in the kitchen together. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

🌸 Flower Decoration Practical 🌸

Flower decoration is an important part of the Housekeeping Department, where students learn to create different types of floral arrangements and place them appropriately in various areas of a hotel.

Our Hotel Management students gained practical experience in creating beautiful flower arrangements, developing their creativity and professional skills while preparing themselves for real world industry exposure.
