International Exposure to Students and Instructors

Exciting news for the students and instructors of Shankharapur Polytechnic Institute (SPI)! We are proud to announce a new collaboration with Skill Build, Australia. This partnership will bring international exposure to our students and instructors through instructor training programs and scholarships for those interested in pursuing their careers in Australia. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to Diggaj Regmi, Electrical Engineer, for facilitating this collaboration and to Bill Gammon, Training Coordinator, Jo Hammond, Director of Skill Build, Australia, Neil Beveriddge, Electrical, AC/Refrigeration, Heavy Diesel and EV Expert, and Prof. Phillip Payne of Monash University for their support. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting partnership!

SPI Sports Carnival Begins
People live in a competitive world where everyone needs to be qualified. Likewise, Shankharapur Polytechnic Institute (SPI) of CTEVT focuses on the perfect balance between competencies and co-curricular activities to achieve the best results for our students. Sports and games play a prominent role in school, which empowers our students, promotes higher self-esteem, brings motivation, and enables students to work in a team. Sportsmanship establishes fundamental principles comparable to workshop learning and lifelong learning in TVET. Sports teach TVET students that winning and losing are both temporary, but the most important thing is that they learn not to give up or quit, which is mastery learning in TVET. Keeping this in mind, SPI launched the sports carnival, which attempted to incorporate a variety of indoor and outdoor games, with 110 females and 390 males out of a total of 500 students participating. The sports carnival was started by principal of SPI, Anil Muni Bajracharya participating with the students in marathon.

Shankharapur polytechnic Institute is organizing an Annual sports week 2079, Starting from 17th till 22nd poush. Hope all the members of institute, including students, teaching/non-teaching staffs will actively participate and involve inorder to make it a huge success.

MoU between Sipradi Trading P Ltd and Shankharapur Polytechnic Institute for the Scholarship scheme

Technical and vocational education and training (TVET) succeed only when employers, businesses, and industries take ownership of it. Sipradi Trading P. Ltd took the initiative and went one step further by acquiring TVET and awarding a scholarship to the best student of the three-year Diploma in Automobile Engineering. Shankharapur Polytechnic Institute is proud and privileged to be part of the scholarship program. Special thanks to Ms. Sharda Rana, General Manager of Human Resources, Mr. Dipesh Poudel, Senior Manager Training, and Mr. Rajat Shrestha, Deputy Manager, for organizing the memorandum of the understanding signing ceremony.

Industrial visit for 4th Semester students on 28th Manshir 2079 at Hyundai Service Center, Kupondol to get exposure to the real application of automobile industries.
From this visit the students are encouraged and familiar with the new automobile technology and current working environment in the real world.
