तेस्रो पटक ज्ञापन पत्र बुझाउँदै NECA, लुम्बिनी प्रदेशको गम्भीर ध्यानाकर्षण

राष्ट्रिय शैक्षिक परामर्श संघ (NECA), लुम्बिनी प्रदेशले लुम्बिनी प्रदेशभित्र सञ्चालनमा रहेका शैक्षिक परामर्श संस्थाहरूको दर्ता प्रक्रिया तत्काल सञ्चालन गर्न माग गर्दै माननीय मुख्यमन्त्रीज्यू समक्ष तेस्रो पटक औपचारिक ज्ञापन पत्र बुझाएको छ।

हाल लुम्बिनी प्रदेशमा शैक्षिक परामर्श संस्थाहरूलाई प्राविधिक विश्वविद्यालय सम्बन्धी ऐन अन्तर्गत समेटिएको अवस्था रहेको छ । तर, वैदेशिक शिक्षा सम्बन्धी विषय संघीय सरकार अन्तर्गत शिक्षा, विज्ञान तथा प्रविधि मन्त्रालयको अधिकार क्षेत्रभित्र पर्ने भएकाले दर्ता प्रक्रिया अन्योलमा परेको छ। प्रदेश सरकार तथा संघीय सरकारबीच स्पष्ट कार्यान्वयनको अभाव हुँदा यसको प्रत्यक्ष असर लुम्बिनी प्रदेशका शैक्षिक परामर्श व्यवसायीहरूमा परेको छ।

दर्ता प्रक्रिया लामो समयसम्म सञ्चालन नभएको कारण व्यवसायीहरू कानुनी, प्रशासनिक, आर्थिक तथा व्यावसायिक समस्याबाट प्रभावित भएका छन्। साथै बैंकिङ, नवीकरण, सिफारिस लगायतका प्रशासनिक कार्यमा कठिनाइ उत्पन्न भएको छ भने कानुनी रूपमा दर्ता भई व्यवस्थित रूपमा व्यवसाय सञ्चालन गर्न चाहने संस्थाहरू अन्योलको अवस्थाबाट गुज्रिन बाध्य भएका छन्।

देशका विभिन्न क्षेत्रमा शैक्षिक परामर्श संस्थामाथि सरकारी अनुगमन तथा नियमनका गतिविधि तीव्र भइरहेको वर्तमान अवस्थामा लुम्बिनी प्रदेशमा भने दर्ता प्रक्रिया अझै सञ्चालनमा नआउनु अत्यन्त गम्भीर विषय बनेको छ।

राष्ट्रिय शैक्षिक परामर्श संघ (NECA), लुम्बिनी प्रदेशले शैक्षिक परामर्श क्षेत्रलाई व्यवस्थित, पारदर्शी तथा मर्यादित बनाउन स्पष्ट नीति, कार्यविधि तथा दर्ता प्रक्रिया यथाशीघ्र सञ्चालन गर्न सम्बन्धित निकायसमक्ष पुनः जोडदार माग गरेको छ।

NECA लुम्बिनी प्रदेशद्वारा पाल्पाको रमणीय अर्चले हिल्समा आयोजित दुई दिने Strategic Meeting भव्य तथा सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भएको छ।
शिक्षा क्षेत्रको उज्ज्वल भविष्य निर्माण, संस्थागत एकता र नयाँ रणनीतिहरूमाथि सार्थक छलफल सम्पन्न भयो।

In an atmosphere charged with intellect, collaboration, and global vision, the National Educational Consultancy Association(NECA), Lumbini Province in strategic alliance with BPP University successfully orchestrated the elite event “Gateway to UK: BPP Exclusive Night” on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the elegant Hotel Da Flamingo.

Commencing with a dignified welcome by Mr. Shiva KC, Country Manager of BPP University Nepal, the evening unfolded into a realm of insightful discourse and international academic foresight. The session was profoundly elevated by Mr. Daryl Connell, Head of International Student Recruitment, who illuminated evolving UK recruitment paradigms and strategic academic pathways with remarkable clarity.

The Training on VAT & Tax Management, organized by National Educational Consultancy Association (NECA), Lumbini Province, has been successfully concluded with remarkable participation and impactful learning outcomes.
