नेपाल बाट जापानमा SSW Visa मा कामदार पठाउने प्रक्रिया परिवर्तन बारे अत्यन्त जरूरी सूचना ।।

अब देखी जापनीज कम्पनिले जापानमै भएको SSW सम्बन्धि काम गर्न को लागी दर्ता गरिएको Registered support Organization (तोउरोकू सियनकिकान) लाई श्रमिक माग पत्र (Job order) दिनेछन र त्यो Job Order जापानमा रहेको नेपाली राजदुतावास बाट प्रमाणिकरण गराउनु पर्ने हुन्छ।
उक्त श्रमिक मागपत्र प्रमाणित गराउनको लागी राजदुतावासले तोकेको आवश्यक कागजातहरु तयार गरी बुझाउनु पर्ने हुन्छ।एक पटकमा १-२५ जना सम्मको प्रमाणीकरण गराउन सकिन्छ र शुल्क 46,000 येन लाग्नेछ।
त्यो राजदुतावासल बाट प्रमाणिकरण भएर वैदेशिक रोजगार विभाग (DOFE) मा राखे पछि मात्र नेपालमा त्यो श्रमिक मागपत्र जान्छ र नेपाल सरकार, श्रम रोजगार तथा सामाजीक सुरक्षा मन्त्रालय बाट ईजाजत प्राप्त 1043 वटा संस्था (Manpower) मध्य जापानको कम्पनिले श्रम सम्झौता गरेको संस्थाले जापानको कम्पनिको लागी कर्मचारीको आवस्यकता भनेर Job Vacancy खुलाईन्छ।
जापानमा काम गर्नको लागी आवेदन दिएकाहरुलाई जापानको कम्पनिका प्रतिनिधिहरुले अन्तरवार्तामा छनौट गरे पछि COE को आबेदन दिएर COE आए पछि SSW Visa मा जापान आएर काम गर्न सकिनेछ ।
