His attention to detail, his ability to refine ideas, and his instinct for structure have always elevated the conference — and this year, he carries that same precision into every decision he leads.

Meet the Secretary-General of GSS MUN 5.0 — Spandan Chaudhary

From his previous role as Deputy Secretary-General to leading this year’s edition, Spandan has consistently been one of the driving forces behind the conference. His commitment, adaptability, and steady presence have shaped the identity of GSS MUN across the years. Whether it’s coordinating teams, resolving unexpected challenges, or guiding the vision of each committee, he has always approached every responsibility with reliability and clarity. If GSS MUN had a heartbeat, it would quite literally be named Spandan. The guy doesn’t just live up to his name, he runs on it.

As Secretary-General, Spandan brings the same energy, dedication, and “I’ll handle it” aura that kept MUN 4.0 alive — but now leveled up for 5.0.

Her dynamic leadership celebrates teamwork, innovation and meaningful experiences for every delegate. She believes that every voice has potential and she makes sure it gets the space it deserves. Her presence sets the tone for a respectful and enthusiastic environment. She knows how to balance professionalism with authenticity which makes her truly approachable. Her dedication shows in every detail she plans and every delegate she guides. Under her direction GSSMUN becomes not just a conference but an experience everyone is proud to be part of.

Meet Mr. Alvin Aaron Ranger, the visionary Co-Founder and Facilitatory of our MUN. With his unparalleled guidance and deep understanding of MUN dynamics, he shapes the conference’s framework and mentors both students and the Executive Board. Introducing Mr. Ganesh Chhetry, our dedicated Advisor and Facilitator. With exceptional leadership and a keen eye for detail, he oversees the smooth ex*****on of the entire MUN. Here’s Mr. Sauraj Pradhan, our proactive President. Always ready to support and step in where needed, he ensures that operations run efficiently and that every challenge is met with a solution. His dedication, approachability, and hands-on guidance make him an invaluable pillar of the MUN’s success.

Meet Mr. Lalit Mohan Karn, the meticulous Head of Conference Management. From planning schedules to coordinating sessions and teams, he ensures the MUN runs flawlessly. Meet Naman Shrestha, our steadfast Deputy Secretary General. He is the true backbone of our MUN, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Calm under pressure and endlessly dedicated, he balances every challenge with a vision that inspires everyone around him.

Introducing Mr. Ramesh Sharma, the efficient Head of Administration. He manages all the administrative operations that keep the MUN structured and organized. With his dedication, systematic approach, and unwavering support, he ensures that behind the scenes, everything functions smoothly, allowing the conference to thrive.

A dedicated and detail-driven individual, Raj brings together innovation and technical mastery to elevate every aspect of the conference. From ensuring flawless digital operations to solving complex technical challenges with ease, Raj is the backbone of our IT team whose contributions keep GSS MUN 5.0 running seamlessly.
