Workshop Completion at Kiddopia Studio Biratnagar: A Meaningful Learning Journey

We successfully concluded the ECD Teachers’ Professional Development Workshop at KIDDOPIA Studio, focused on strengthening lesson planning, play-based learning, and child development practices for children aged 18 months to 5 years.

This observation-informed training enabled teachers to reflect, practice, and redesign their classroom approaches in alignment with KIDDOPIA’s philosophy of play, creativity, emotional well-being, and joyful learning.

A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Namrata Naulakha for her exceptional facilitation: her expertise, warmth, and reflective approach made the sessions deeply engaging and practically impactful.

Gratitude to the KIDDOPIA team for their commitment to quality early childhood education and continuous professional growth.

Looking forward to seeing these learnings come alive in the classrooms.

🎉 KUSOED, CPEC द्वारा बिराटनगर इकाईसँगको सहकार्यमा शिक्षक सम्मेलन :२०२५ सम्पन्न 🎉
काठमान्डौ विश्वविद्यालय स्कुल अफ एडुकेशन, Continuing and Professional Education Center (CPEC) ले बिराटनगर इकाईसँगको सहकार्यमा "रुपान्तरणमुखी शिक्षामा अभ्यास" शीर्षकमा एकदिने शिक्षक सम्मेलन २०२५ भव्य रूपमा सम्पन्न गर्‍यो।
२१ जुन २०२५ मा CPEC बिराटनगर इकाई, एस्पायर कलेज, बिराटनगर मा आयोजित यस सम्मेलनले स्थानीय र क्षेत्रीय शिक्षकहरूमा रूपान्तरणकारी शिक्षण अभ्यास र पेशागत क्षमता विस्तार गर्ने लक्ष्यसहित कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गरिएको थियो ।
कार्यक्रमको उद्घाटन सत्रमा KUSOED का डिन प्रा. डा. बलचन्द्र लुइटेलज्यूले मुख्य वक्ताको रूपमा मन्तव्य दिनुभयो। उहाँले "रूपान्तरणमुखी शिक्षा: के, किन र कसरी?" भन्ने विषयमा विचार प्रस्तुत गर्दै, शिक्षाको मूल उद्देश्य केवल ज्ञान हस्तान्तरणमा सीमित नरही सामाजिक न्याय, संवेदनशीलता र सिर्जनशीलता प्रवर्द्धन गर्ने प्रक्रियाको रूपमा हुनु पर्ने कुरामा जोड दिनुभयो।
कार्यक्रमको अर्को महत्त्वपूर्ण अंश शोधपत्र प्रस्तुति (Paper Presentation) थियो, जसमा सहभागी शिक्षकहरूले आफ्नो अनुसन्धान र कक्षाकोठा मा भएका रुपान्तरणका अनुभवहरु प्रस्तुत गरे।
दिउँसो सत्रमा भएको कार्यशाला (Workshop) कार्यक्रमले सहभागीहरूमा उत्साह थपेको थियो। कार्यशालामा Innovative Pedagogy, Transformative Leadership, Inclusive Education, र Teachers' and Students' Wellbeing जस्ता विषयमा सहभागीहरूले समूहगत क्रियाकलापमार्फत ज्ञान र अनुभव आदान–प्रदान गरे।
कार्यक्रमको अन्त्यतिर गरिएको प्यानल छलफल (Panel Discussion) ले समग्र सम्मेलनलाई समेट्ने माध्यम बन्यो। प्यानलमा उपस्थित शिक्षाविद्हरूले वर्तमान शैक्षिक चुनौती, शिक्षणको नवीनतम प्रवृत्ति, र शिक्षकहरूको निरन्तर पेशागत क्षमता विकासका सम्भावनामाथि विमर्श गरे। सहभागीहरूबाट आएका जिज्ञासा र विचारहरूले छलफललाई थप समृद्ध बनायो।
समग्रमा, सम्मेलनले स्थानीय शिक्षण समुदायलाई ज्ञान, प्रतिबद्धता र सहकार्यका मूल्यहरूमा आधारित एक साझा मञ्च प्रदान गरेको छ।
KU CPEC र बिराटनगर युनिटको सहकार्यमा आयोजित यो कार्यक्रम रूपान्तरणकारी शिक्षणको अभ्यासमा दृढता ल्याउने एउटा प्रेरणादायी कदम बनेको छ।

काठमाडौं विश्वविद्यालय, Continuing and Professional Education Center (CPEC), विराटनगर इकाईको तर्फबाट दुहबी नगरपालिकासँगको सहकार्यमा सञ्चालित प्रारम्भिक बालविकास (ECD) सहजकर्ताहरूको पेशागत विकास कार्यक्रमको (१ क्रेडिट आवर, १६ घण्टा) सफल समापनप्रति हार्दिक कृतज्ञता व्यक्त गर्दछौं।

कार्यक्रमको समापन अवसरमा दुहबी नगरपालिकाका नगरप्रमुख श्री बेद नारायण गच्छदारज्यू प्रमुख अतिथि रहनु भयो भने उप–प्रमुख श्रीमती मेनुका पोखरेल खतिवडा, शिक्षा शाखा प्रमुख श्री बिकाश घिमिरेज्यू, प्रशिक्षकद्वय श्रीमती नम्रता नौलखा र श्रीमती ममता पराजुली तथा सहभागी शिक्षकहरूको उपस्थितिले कार्यक्रमलाई थप गरिमामय बनाएको थियो।

आजदेखि दुहबी नगरपालिकाको सभाहलमा प्रारम्भिक बालविकास (ECD) शिक्षकहरूका लागि पेशागत विकास (Professional Development) कार्यक्रम औपचारिक रुपमा सुरु गरिएको छ।
