We are delighted to announce the publication of Volume 4, Issue 1 of the Journal of UTEC Engineering Management (JUEM), featuring 15 research articles covering diverse areas of engineering and management.

The issue brings together research on electric vehicle battery systems, construction management, hydropower quality control, BIM and sustainable construction, construction safety, traffic and transportation, road safety, procurement, supplier selection, and ready-mix concrete, construction technology, sustainability assessment, global supply chains reflecting the interdisciplinary and practical nature of engineering management.
