b. Project information and thanks for the support to BIKAS Association Belgium and Jalajala Rural Municipality Parbat at agenda 1.
c. Worked hours, worker details with summery at agenda no 2.
d. Copy of contractor bills and other bill at agenda no 3.
e. About financial support provided by BIKAS Association Belgium and Jalajala Rural Municipality at agenda no 4.
f. About income and expenditure detail at agenda no 5.
g. About remaining unused money from building to school at agenda no 6.
h. Heartily invite for the opening of the new building around Mar or Apr of 2023 at agenda no 7.
i. Copies of contractor bills and other serial no 1 to7 are along with.(Copy of soil test charge is in serial no 8 will be sent soon )
2. The list about expenditure details of manpower (workers) and different materials of trishakti construction difference T1 to different T3 dated on nov 30 are also attached herewith for your only information please.
