Banepa NIST School successfully organized the Graduation and Farewell Program 2083 for its Grade XII students, celebrating the completion of their NEB examinations and honoring their remarkable academic journey. The program was graced by Chairperson Dr. Madhav P Baral, Director Ms. Pranita S Baral, Executive Director Dr. Rajendra K Ghising, School Management Committee, Principal, Vice Principal, faculty members, administrative members, parents, and students, which featured inspiring speeches, experience-sharing sessions, cultural performances, and the distribution of tokens of love to the graduating batch.

A special moment of the program was the recognition of students who achieved outstanding academic performance with a GPA of 3.90 and above: Mr. Rohit Satyal (3.95), Ms. Manisha Dhungel (3.94) and Ms. Bimochana Dhakal (3.90), reflecting their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence. The school also expressed heartfelt appreciation to all teachers whose continuous guidance, mentorship, and hard work contributed significantly to the excellent academic results achieved by the students.

Grade XI Orientation Program – Day 2
Banepa NIST School conducted the second day of Orientation for newly enrolled Grade XI Science (Physical Group) and Management students. The session introduced students to the academic system, faculty members, facilities, student support services, and opportunities available at NIST, helping them begin their +2 journey with confidence and enthusiasm.

First Day: Grade XI Orientation
The first day of orientation for the newly admitted Grade XI students at Banepa NIST School was successfully conducted for selected sections with great enthusiasm and warmth.

Our Principal, Vice Principal, and Admin Head warmly welcomed the students and shared valuable insights about Banepa NIST’s mission, vision, core values, academic system, operational strategies, faculty team, code of conduct, transportation facilities, scholarships, and student support services.

To help students feel at home from day one, they were taken on a comprehensive campus tour, exploring science and computer labs, classrooms, administrative sections, offices, and other key facilities. The students also enjoyed special snacks from the NIST Cafeteria, giving them a delightful taste of campus life.

This orientation program was designed to help students familiarize themselves with every aspect of the NIST environment and begin their academic journey with confidence, clarity, and excitement.

Banepa NIST School conducted Annual Meeting of Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff in the presence of the Executive Director Dr. Rajendra K Ghising. The meeting served as an important platform for reflection, planning, and strengthening the institution's commitment to academic excellence. In the meeting, introduction of newly joined teaching and non-teaching members, warmly welcomed into the NIST family and reinforcing the spirit of collaboration and teamwork.

In the later part of the program, each subject department presented its academic plans and strategic goals for the upcoming academic year, drawing insights from the performance outcomes and achievements of previous years. The presentations focused on enhancing student learning, improving academic results, implementing innovative teaching practices, and ensuring continuous quality improvement.

The meeting concluded with constructive discussions, shared commitments, and a collective vision to further elevate the academic standards and holistic development initiatives of Banepa NIST School. The institution remains dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and excellence in education.
