🚨 URGENT NOTICE REGARDING NOC 🚨

The Embassy of Nepal in Seoul has issued an important notice for Nepali students studying in the Republic of Korea.

Students must obtain a new No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Government of Nepal, before:

✅ Changing their university or educational institution
✅ Changing their academic program, course or field of study

A previously issued NOC cannot be used for a different university or academic program. Students must submit a new application with the relevant reasons and supporting documents before making the change.

All Nepali students in Korea are requested to read the attached official notice carefully and complete the necessary procedure to avoid possible administrative or documentation issues.

The 109th TOPIK (November 15, 2026) Application Notice

The 109th Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2026.

We inform you of the application for the 109th TOPIK as follows, so please refer to it if you wish to take the test.

ㅇ Application Date : 10:00 ~ 16:00 (Nepal Time), August. 3 (Mon) ~ August. 7 (Fri) 2026
- Early closure when the Max. capacity is reached
- No additional applications after the application period

ㅇ How to apply : Online application (will be announced later via TOPIK NEPAL page)
- Applications will begin at 10:00 on Monday, August 3, and will not be accepted before
