We are excited to invite you all to the first monthly meeting of this semester! The meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 15, at 17:00, at NTNU Kalvskinnet, Room U302 in the «Akrinn» building.💙

Following the meeting we will relocate to WorkWork, where we can get to know each other a little better with a round or two of shuffleboard and board games. We are looking forward to seeing you all on the 15th!

UN Student Trondheim, IPEN, and the Student Peace Prize invites you to an inspiring lunch where we will discuss student rights and peace efforts.

Iniciativa Puentes por los Estudiantes de Nicaragua (IPEN) advocates for Nicaraguan students’ rights. Due to the oppressive government in Nicaragua, IPEN operates from Costa Rica and Romania, with exiled members worldwide. They work for democracy and provide study opportunities, humanitarian aid, and leadership training.

Student Peace Prize will elaborate on the purpose of the prize and how it supports student activism and peace efforts globally.

Join us for an insightful and meaningful conversation!

🔥 Intense debate today! The U.S. took center stage, while China abstained from voting. Despite the tensions, delegates successfully passed the resolution under Agenda Item 2: safeguarding democratic institutions from foreign & domestic interference. 🗳️⚖️

Day 1 of THE DISEC Committee session was a success! A resolution on Modernizing International Humanitarian Law (IHL) to address autonomous weapons has been passed!
Delegates worked tirelessly to reach a consensus that reflects the interests of all member states. The day was filled with dynamic debates, multiple unmoderated caucuses, and impactful diplomacy.
