Arctic Frontiers Student Forum is now accepting applications for the Summer Event, 2021 (July 5-7, 2021), from Bachelor and Master students. Students from any field of study are welcome to apply. The goal of the Student Forum is to create a platform for young students to deepen their understanding of Arctic issues and to provide the space for intergenerational dialogue. If you are a bachelor or a master student interested in arctic issues, this is for you!



The Student Forum Summer Event, 2021, is planned to be a physical event cooperatively between the students studying in Norway to meet in Tromsø and Russia to meet in Murmansk. The purpose of the physical event is to allow students to embark on educational tours, excursions and explore growing career opportunities in the Arctic. Students will also take part in a one-day simulation exercise discussing important topics within the Barent Euro-Arctic region.



Funding Opportunity



As a participant, you will have the following costs covered by the organizers of the Arctic Frontiers Student Forum:



Participation fee: You will not have to pay for any of the events included in the Student Forum program.
Travel and Excursion: Will cover your travel and excursion cost during the event duration.
Food: Your food costs will be covered in Tromsø during the event duration.

Ingunn visste at hun skulle bli lærer. Hun tok sin utdanning ved UiT i Alta der vi har grunnskolelærerutdanning som er samlingsbasert. Og skreddersydd for Nord-Troms og Finnmark. Med praksis i Alta, Hammerfest, Sør-Varanger eller Storslett, dekker vi store områder og gjør det enkelt å studere hos oss. Søknadsfrist 15. april.
