🍃Women as Land 🍃 Sirdal 8-11 October ⛰️

One of the topics of the Women as Land retreat is HERBALISM. Catarina Soares is an excellent story teller and she will share how knowledge about herbs was passed from generation to generation in myths and stories about the goddesses.

She will teach us how we can relate to plants for female health and to heal and strengthen our wombs.

How plants can open a portal to our dreamworld.

How plants are willing to provide us with comfort, support and will help us navigate grief.

It's time to remember how plants are our companions throughout our cycles.

This autumn, Catarina Soares will come to Stavanger, and this time she will be teaching a 3 full day retreat at Sirdal!

🪾 Women as Land ⛰️

🐍 An immersion into the body, psyche and spirit of women. 🌹 It is time to reclaim our history, bodies and our wisdom as women! 🐚

This retreat is for all women: daughters, mothers, grandmothers, sisters, bleeding, menopausal, ....

We will move between talks, sharing circles, group practices, collective rituals and moments of self-reflection.

The program includes pelvis wisdom, care and self-care for women, grief, herbalism, animalism, cycles and story telling.

From Thursday 8 October 16:00 until Sunday 11 October 16:00.

Staying at Solkro at Sirdal, where we will deep dive into our female wisdom while also enjoying the mountains, good food, stunning panoramic views, woodfires, sauna and hot tub.

There’s something magic that happens when women gather in circle — something ancient, powerful, and deeply needed.

Join me for a nourishing women’s circle — a space to ground, reconnect, share, and simply be. Together, we’ll slow down, breathe, and listen in a way that soothes the soul. I will guide you through a meditation.

📅Monday evening June 1, 19:45-21:00
📍This circle will be held .stavanger, Løkkeveien 40, Stavanger
🪙 I ask for a contribution of 70kr. It's appreciated if in addition you are willing to bring some fruit, (dark) chocolate, nuts or something similar that we can share during the circle, but this is no obligation!

Are you pregnant, not in a relationship and not keen to join a birth preparation group course with couples? I totally understand you!

Although I always adjust my courses to the people in the group, and doing my best to make sure everyone is feeling included, I do feel it is appropriate to provide a separate course offer for single moms expecting their baby.

Therefore I provide to single moms a complete NatalWisdom birth preparation course on an individual basis, over three evenings against the same price of my group course, being kr 3.100.

Being able to ask all the questions you might have, learn about your body, the medical system, how to navigate discomfort, intensity or pain. And at the same time get support to have the conversations with your partner around these topics that you might not even think about that they could be helpful?
