We all started somewhere! 🤗
And every artist, sportsman, musician or other once took their very first steps — even the makers you may now look at with admiration.
Everyone had their first, an awkward movement, a wrong note, their first piece, and that moment when the result in your hands looked nothing like the picture in your head.
And that is completely normal 👍
A professional is not someone who never makes mistakes. It is someone who keeps doing what they love, even when things do not work out right away.
My journey did not start with perfect pieces either. There were unsuitable needles, confusing materials, failed attempts, and moments when I wanted to put everything aside “until better times”.
But with time, understanding comes. Your hands become more confident. You start to feel the wool better, see the shape more clearly, notice the details. And what once felt like a mistake slowly becomes experience.
In the photos, you can see my first works from 2011–2012 and the pieces I made later, in 2020–2023.
I am sharing this not as a simple reminder: every artist has a beginning artist 🧑🎨
So I wish you not to be afraid of your first steps. Not to expect a perfect result right away. Not to compare your beginning with someone else’s middle 🫶♥️
Just try. Learn. Create with curiosity.
And keep going if it truly speaks to you.

Do you think needle felting at home won’t work out? 🐑✨
“What should I buy?”
“Which needles should I choose?”
“What kind of wool do I need?”
“What if everything turns out crooked and confusing?” 😅
These questions are completely normal when you’re just starting.
At my needle felting workshop, we don’t just create a beautiful wool piece — you’ll understand the process and get the basic skills to continue felting at home with confidence 🧶
During the workshop, I’ll show you:
🐏 how to choose wool;
🐏 which needles are best for beginners;
🐏 what kind of felting mat is more comfortable;
🐏 how to work with the needle correctly and safely;
🐏 how to shape small details;
🐏 how to understand when your piece is felted enough;
🐏 what to do if the shape doesn’t turn out perfect.
You can film the process, take notes, and ask any questions along the way 📸📝
And after the workshop, you can message me on social media if you forget something or have a new question.
I also have ready-made felting kits, so you won’t need to search for materials on your own or worry about buying the wrong things 🎁
There are no silly questions when you’re trying something new.
I’ll be there to explain, show, and support you 🤍
The next workshop is on May 9 or 10 , the topic is: Composition in a cup! You can see the examples in carousel 🎠

I love handmade creations. I especially love creating characters that stir emotions and touch the soul right away. 🫂
This sweet little one with soft needles reminds me of my childhood — we had a kind and meaningful cartoon about a hedgehog who was born different from everyone else 🫶
Maybe that’s why there is always something so warm and alive in pieces like this for me. This brooch has already found its owner, and I’d be happy to make another one to order ✨
