You can’t just upload knowledge — you have to understand it, practice it, and make it your own.

My students are learning everything from scratch — how to hold tools, work with an e-file, remove product, apply gel polish, and even master two nail extension techniques.

Many come in without any experience at all, but within a few weeks, their progress is incredible.

Still, it’s important to remember that education is always 50/50.

As an educator, I give structure, guidance, and full support.
But the student has to take responsibility — to practice, stay curious, and be independent.

Some expect that a teacher can just “install” the knowledge, like plugging in a flash drive.
But that’s not how real learning works.

The most valuable skill in this industry isn’t a perfect e-file technique.
It’s the ability to learn, think, and grow on your own.

A teacher can open the door — but you have to walk through it yourself.

That’s how real professionals are made: with responsibility, awareness, and practice.
