A real Roblox Studio mechanic.
Learning by building beats watching every time.
I opened Roblox Studio and built a game in five minutes.
When you start a new project, the game is already playable. You can run around, jump, and interact with the world without doing anything. I think that is really cool, and not something you see in most game engines.
In this video I add a simple block, scale it, move it, and show how physics works. The block falls because the world behaves like the real world, so we anchor it and suddenly we can jump on it.
Then I duplicate blocks, change colors and materials, and finally add a small script. Just a few lines of code to wait five seconds and change the block from blue to red.
This is why I think Roblox Studio is an excellent tool for kids. It teaches computer skills, logic, and coding inside an environment they are already comfortable with.
Nothing fancy. Just building and learning by doing.
