This is what happens when you don’t hire a professional for prop weapons on set.

At best it’s a waste of police resources and inconvenience for the public, at worse someone could be killed by the police mistaking the actions of the person carrying the prop weapon.

In this case the police used a helicopter, drones and the emergency response team, plus cancelling ferries to the islands in the fjord before they located the person of interest.

Yesterday I thought it would be nicer with a feed chute on the .50 cal. Today we have one printed out with carbon fibre filament.

Spent the afternoon on the back of the truck firing our Browning .50 cal for some commercial filming.
