Footwork is not just “fast feet.”
It affects:
* balance
* reactions
* coordination
* body control
* how quickly you can adjust under pressure
A player with good footwork moves more efficiently, reacts faster and wastes less energy on the pitch.
That’s why even simple footwork drills can improve the way you move in real game situations.
But remember:
footwork should support football actions, not become a TikTok dance routine 😭

PB Coaching
Train Smarter. Think Faster.
Not every body is built for the same style of football.
Some players are built to:
* rotate quickly
* manipulate tight spaces
* change direction constantly
Others are built to:
* cover ground
* attack space
* dominate physically through running power
The problem?
Too many players try to copy footballers with completely different body types and natural strengths.
That wastes years of development.
You should understand:
* what your body allows naturally
* what movements suit you
* what role fits your profile best
Football development becomes much easier when you stop forcing someone else’s identity onto yourself.

I used to do exercises like this all the time.
Hundreds of reps.
Sweating.
Feeling productive.
And then I wondered why I was still stuck at amateur level.
The truth?
I was training hard… but not intelligently.
Everything changed when I started learning from the right mentors and finally understood:
* what actually transfers to games
* how to train decision making
* how to train with pressure and purpose
That’s when my level really started going up.
Sometimes I genuinely think:
if I understood proper training earlier, I would’ve reached the professional level much sooner.
Hard work matters.
But direction matters too.

When I was younger, I didn’t have fancy equipment or the “perfect” setup.
So I improvised.
I found ways to challenge:
* my reactions
* awareness
* coordination
* decision making
with whatever I had around me.
That’s what hungry players do.
But looking back now, I also realize how many mistakes players make when they try to figure everything out alone.
Good intentions don’t always mean good development.
That’s why proper guidance matters.
👇 Comment “coach” if you’re ready to invest in yourself and train the right way without wasting years making avoidable mistakes.

People don’t realize how much work happens behind the scenes in football.
When I asked my agent why he travels so much, his answer was simple:
“For my players.”
Watching games live.
Meeting clubs.
Building trust.
Creating opportunities that players never even see happening.
That’s the side of football most people don’t understand.

A lot of 16-year-old players think the fastest path is always the best one.
But football development is more complicated than that.
Should young players stay in academy football and develop properly…
or jump into senior football early?
In this part of the podcast, my agent gives his honest perspective from years inside the game.

A lot of players think they’re finished if they don’t have:
* clips
* followers
* Transfermarkt

Some people think football agents just send emails and make calls.
Reality is different.
My agent is constantly travelling:
* watching players live
* building relationships

A lot of football happens away from social media.
That’s what we talked about in this part of the podcast.
