Teaching a vinyasa class in Stockholm this Sunday at SATS Sjöstaden. The focus is transitions ❤️

The leaves are about to tell us how beautiful it is to let go! 🍁❤️🙏 My classes this week:
Tuesdays Gentle Flow 6 pm and Vinyasa 7.15 pm, Wednesday Vinyasa 10 am and Hot Yoga Calm 11.30 am and Gentle Flow 5.30 pm, Thursday Vinyasa 5.45 pm

I was reminded twice this week about a beautiful poem by Mark Nepo. I take it as a sign to share ❤️ “My soul tells me, we were all broken from the same nameless heart, and every living thing wakes with a piece of that original heart aching its way into blossom. This is why we know each other below our strangeness, why when we fall, we lift each other, or when in pain, we hold each other, why when sudden with joy, we dance together. Life is the many pieces of that great heart loving itself back together” Lovely seeing you again and that we could redo our old photo ❤️🙏

Been longing for a bit more stability... Finally, the new teaching schedule is starting this week. I´ll be teaching:
- Hot Yoga Flow on Tuesdays at 12 pm
- Vinyasa on Wednesdays at 10 am and Hot Yoga Calm at 11.30
- Vinyasa on Thursdays at 4.30 pm and Yin at 6 pm
All classes are held at the new HiYoga Akerbrygge. I hope to see you there 😍

What makes you smile? I have not been teaching a yoga class like this for 4 months now...😅

Getting back into teaching this weekend. It´s going to be strange and interesting to see how things have changed. Exited to meet new and old friends in Bergen 😍
