🏛️ Oslo City Hall (Rådhuset) looks iconic from the outside, but there’s so much more to discover inside.✨🇳🇴 🎨

This is where the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded each year, couples celebrate their weddings, and beautiful murals and artwork tell the story of Norway’s history and culture. 🕊️💍 🎉

One of my favorite details is the stunning view of the Oslo Fjord through the grand windows. 😍🏞️

Outside, colorful summer flowers, the lively square, and the waterfront make it a wonderful place to enjoy a summer stroll. 🌸☀️

✨ Free entry
🕘 Open daily: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

If you’re visiting Oslo this summer, I’d definitely recommend adding it to your itinerary.

Have you been inside Oslo City Hall, or is it on your Oslo bucket list? 🇳🇴👇

🥾 Best of Oslo + Vigeland Sculpture Park (3-hour private tour) 🫂

This week, I had the pleasure of guiding two wonderful guests from Michigan, USA. 🇺🇸💚 Since one guest was using crutches, we tailored the experience with a relaxed pace, plus a mix of public transport and Bolt service, so they could comfortably enjoy both Oslo’s highlights and the iconic Vigeland Sculpture Park.🫂🌿🌺

We shared local stories, enjoyed lunch at Café Skansen, and ended the day with personalized tips for restaurants and souvenirs. I was grateful for the beautiful time exploring Oslo with them and they were thankful for the whole experience , flexible itineraries to their interests and for the lunch recommendation of Skagenrøre(Skagensalat) .🥪🍤✨

Over the past 4 years, I’ve been creating private walking tours for every kind of traveler—including guests using wheelchairs, crutches, and those with visual impairments. One artist. Over 200 sculptures. One of Oslo’s most iconic attractions—and it’s completely FREE! 🤩🇳🇴

Welcome to Vigeland Sculpture Park—the world’s largest sculpture park created by a single artist. 🌹✨

Stroll through blooming rose gardens, lush greenery, and more than 200 breathtaking sculptures that capture every stage and emotion of human life. 🫂

On sunny summer days, the park comes alive with locals relaxing on the lawns, families enjoying picnics, and visitors from around the world exploring this unique open-air masterpiece. ☀️🌿

A special thank you to Oslo Municipality for maintaining this beautiful park with such care. It’s one of the reasons Vigeland remains one of the city’s most loved places to visit. 🌺❤️

One day. Almost 19 hours of daylight. Welcome to Oslo in July. ☀️🇳🇴

This is what summer looks like when the sun rises before 4:30 AM and the sky stays bright until nearly 11 PM. ✨

These endless summer days are why Norwegians make the most of every moment—morning coffee by the fjord, afternoon swims, late-night walks, and dinners outside while it’s still light.

Then, just six months later, Oslo gets fewer than 6 hours of daylight. Few places on Earth experience such dramatic seasonal changes.

Would you love these endless summer evenings, or would they keep you awake? ☀️😄👇

Forget the rain… Oslo is living for football tonight. 🥳🔥
Wet streets. Packed fan zones. Big screens. One unforgettable night in Oslo. 🌧️🇳🇴⚽

The rain hasn't stopped the fans. Downtown Oslo is buzzing with people watching Norway 🇳🇴 vs England 🏴 together on giant outdoor screens.

📍Would you watch football in the rain?

Are you watching from one of Oslo’s fan zones or from somewhere else?🤩

Welcome to Barcode and Sørenga—Oslo’s modern waterfront where striking architecture meets the fjord. ✨🏙️

Just a few years ago, this was an industrial harbor. Today, it’s one of Europe’s most impressive urban transformations, filled with award-winning buildings, floating saunas, waterfront cafés, swimming spots, and scenic boardwalks.🌿🏡

It’s the perfect place to experience a different side of Norway’s capital—modern, sustainable, and designed for people to enjoy the water all year round. 💙💚

📍Have you explored Oslo’s waterfront yet, or is this going on your travel list?

Have you ever started your morning by walking on the roof of an opera house? 🇳🇴☀️

That’s exactly what you can do at the Oslo Opera House.

Unlike most buildings, this iconic landmark is designed for everyone to explore. Walk up its sloping marble roof and you’ll be rewarded with incredible views of the Oslo Fjord, the city skyline, and the surrounding islands. 🏛️🌊

It’s one of those experiences that perfectly captures what makes Oslo so unique—beautiful architecture that’s meant to be enjoyed, not just admired.

💬 Would you take a morning walk here, or would you rather visit at sunset?

If you’re planning a trip to Oslo, save this post for later and follow for more local tips, hidden gems, and places you won’t want to miss. 🇳🇴
