We would like to congratulate all the studets who graded last night and got promoted! Great job everybody! 👍🏼

The International Hapkido Alliance - ITS 2025 is in the history books. This was an event like no other, Sunbae training, 8 Countries represented with 7 days of training (hell week), over 200 participants, successful testing for Coloured belts, Black Belt and Senior Ranks. Kwan Nyom Hapkido all over the place!

For the norwegian team, this event was extra special, since the very first candidate to a black belt from Norway stepped in the mats. Nicolai Skaug who showed a great spirit during his test along side his 6 "Raptors" team mates on the spirit test. We are very proud of you! 👍🏼

Next event will be held in Norway! We are really looking forward to see the family again, this time in our own beautiful Oslo! See you all there next year! 😃

Amazing how time flies! 😃 We are very happy for the 10th anniversary of our school, Ryen Kampsport! 🎉🎉🎉

10 år siden vi åpnet dørene for aller første gang 🎉
Det har vært en fantastisk reise og utvikling og vi er stolte av hvor vi alle i Ryen kampsport er i dag.
Vi startet opp med taekwondo, hapkido, Kickboxing og thaiboxing, i dag har vi ikke thaiboxing men har fått Kali, silat, Bjj og K1 på timeplanen.
Vi får masse skryt for det gode og inkluderende miljøet også på kryss av alle grenene. Noe vi er veldig stolte av. Uten alle dere flotte instruktører, utøvere og samarbeidspartnere hadde vi ikke vært der vi er i dag.
