We are proud to announce that Barbara Rebecca Mutonyi (PhD) will lead the NIEC Forum 2025 at , taking place at the Oslo Concert Hall on 27 November.
Barbara is an Associate Professor in Innovation at Kristiania University College, where she teaches across the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship, and creativity. Her academic work spans innovative behavior, organizational culture and climate, leadership, and the role of employees in public organizations.
Her research is recognized both nationally and internationally, with publications in esteemed journals. In 2021, Barbara received the Emerald Literati “Outstanding Paper” Award for her article:
Empowering Leadership, Work Group Cohesiveness, Individual Learning Orientation and Individual Innovative Behavior in the Public Sector: Empirical Evidence from Norway.

We are honored to have her expertise and leadership shaping this year’s forum.
