Førstehjelperen Oslo are holding open First aid courses on child, infant and adult in English, 30/8, 11/10 and 29/11.

This is a First aid course that provides basic knowledge and skills to handle life-threatening emergencies with children and infants.

Course duration: normally 3-4 hours, including brakes.

Lifesaving first aid
Alert medical services 1-1-3
Safety at accident scenes
Use of personal barriers
Patient examination
Recovery position
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) child
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) infant
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) adult
Suffocation, blocked airway
Severe bleedings
Shock treatment
Spinal injuries
Burn injuries
