Our beloved Scenehuset where we normally are has survived an intense fire! We know we can return there to dance in the future 💖
And angels have helped us with CC Vest Studio from KGB dans & ballett coming to our rescue with an alternative venue!
The show goes on: from 2-3 May we will co teach the weekend, "Applications and Extensions" in Lysaker, Oslo.

April 19th honours the birth of Rolando Toro Araneda
(1924 - 2010), creator of the Biodanza system.
We at Norsk Biodanzaskole salute with gratitude this man's steady fire and this marvelous system which celebrates Life 🌍💖

The Music is one of the Powers of Biodanza - an integral part of inviting into vivencia. On 21 - 22 March we will explore, delve and dance within this rich integrational space.

Ohhh wow what a weekend we lived with the 4th cycle of Norsk Biodanzaskole.

30 courageous, genuine, volnurable, powerful, compassinate human beings being there for each other.
All for one - one for all.

The weekend was masterfuly led by Álvaro Ferreira.
With a warm heart, strong presence, clear and open guidence, he brought everyone (one by one) through the labyrint to face their own inner minotaur.

After this we can face anything!
And our courage to live fully cannot be broken.

Thank you Alvaro for the tremendous and wonderful work you did for us, with us.
To facilitate this work is not for everyone. It takes all the qualities that you embody so fully. It makes the whole nevous system in everyone truly trust. It makes the process real, deep, honoust, integrated. The way we in our school want it to be.

Thank you Frid Langsrud for being with us to support your love Alvaro, and the group.

Thank you every one in the group! Now I know what "one for all - all for one" truly means!!!!! You made everyone stronger and more free.

Following on from another tremendous weekend of Transcendence with Unni Heim, our school now prepares for the very special Minotaur Project, led by Álvaro Ferreira to be held at the end of this month.
All of our enrolled participants have a lot to look forward to!

"Dette føltes som den viktigste helgen så langt"

"Jeg har lært så mye og jeg føler meg mer fri enn noen gang."

"Jeg var redd før denne helgen og hadde ideer om hva dette var, og at jeg ikke var bra nok. Og så erfarer jeg ble helt annet. Og plutselig er gamle blokkeringer borte. En helt my måte å se meg selv og verden på kom til meg.

Dette er noe av det deltakerne sa etter helgen.

Vi fikk også en gave fra universet: strømbrudd som gjorde at jeg (Unni Heim ) som ledet helgen fikk en gavepakke i å måtte være KREATIV. Som jo er en måte å møte hverdags hendelser på også.

Tusen takk for i år alle sammen! Det er en stor glede og ære å få gå veien med dere.

Og tusen takk til teamet for alt dere er og betyr for skolen.

We'll end the year with a creative zing at our next school weekend, honoring the Line of Creativity!
Our gathering on 6 - 7 December will be facilitated by Unni Heim at Scenehuset, in Oslo.
This weekend will remind us bodily, that we have the ability to express, innovate and build our lives.
Through dances of exploration and innovation, we’ll experience life as the vibrant, existential act it truly is—feeling ourselves as creators within this vast manifestation of Life.

More then 50 people gathered to celebrate our human potensial.

We are looking super forward to Frid Langsrud and Alvaro Ferreira facilitating our next school weekend "Sexuality" on October 25 - 26 at Scenehuset in Oslo.
It will be the 14th school weekend of this cycle, where pleasure, vibrancy, sensuality and respect will be just some of the aspects we dance together.
