APPROACH AND METHODS
We will drink from the wisdom of the East and the knowledge of the West, the map of the workshop will be the
archetypal Heroine's Journey, and the methods will come from neo-ta***ic teachings including active meditations
and mindfulness, breathwork, dance, massage, healing rituals and immersion in pleasure, silence and nature.

Together, we will create a loving sacred space to enter into intimacy with each other, discover our truth, and take
care of ourselves. The feminine circle will inspire, strengthen and nourish us. We will come out more authentic,
radiant and magnetic.

FACILITATORS
Kristin Magnus - an explorer of love and meaning of life, that has brought her to
self-empowerment and freedom of forgiveness. She loves to be an inspiration to
expand ourselves beyond imagination. Her tenderness holds you in love, and her
presence supports you to go further. She has been a group leader for over 15 years, as
Ta**ra teacher and TV-director. She creates a safe space for transforming rituals, the
expression of feelings, acting out archetypes and explore your deeper waters as well as
joy and laughter.

Anand Nadi – meditator, ta***ica and therapist fascinated with Life as a
celebration of Love and a conscious journey back home.. A teacher with 11 years of
ta***ic experience. Creator of QUEST – Journeys to Self - a neo-ta***ic energetic and
embodied journey to the spiritual flowering of your True Essence. The path includes
worldwide known processes like Primal.Childhood Deconditioning, TeenageTa**ra
Deconditioning, OSHO Born Again, OSHO NO-Mind, essence work through breath:
BodyFLOW and BodyBLISS and the transformative journeys of Ta**ra Woman School.
She shares only the most powerful of her own inner journey bringing to the room
depth and simplicity, safety, strength and softness.

LOGISTICS
This group will take place in a beautiful manor house Nieprześnia, 40 min driving from Kraków, Poland.
You will be accommodated in double bedrooms, in a peaceful natural surrounding supporting your process.
