Professor Cheng was a master of the five excellences. He was the first and most influential master to teach Taiji (Tai Chi) in the West.

Oslo kulturnatt 2025 was very well attended this year with interest and enthusiasm all round.

The evening opened with She Gong and The Art of Peace which was presented by Elisabeth Lund this year, who shared her inspirational poetry with us.

Thanks to all who attended and the students who graciously supported the evening sharing their enthusiasm for Taijiquan.
